Two Vipers SC players have been included in Uganda’s 29-man squad, gearing up for the U-23 AFCON qualification doubleheader against Guinea.
Young defender, Rogers Torach, who features for both Vipers and St Mary’s Secondary School (SMASK) has earned a call by head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic.
The other Venom is attacker Umar Kyebatala, who is currently on loan at Uganda Premier League side, Maroons FC.
The team will enter residential training on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at the Cranes Paradise Hotel, Kisasi.
The first leg with Guinea is slated for October 22 at the Chamazi Stadium in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Meanwhile, the return leg will be hosted at our own St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende on October 29, 2022.
