Robertinho Oliviera has confirmed Cesar Manzoki has made a return to team training.

The No.9 has been sidelined since picking up a head injury in Vipers’ win over Mbarara City FC at St Mary’s Stadium Kitende last month in the Stanbic Uganda Cup.

Asked whether Manzoki is ready to be involved in Sunday’s Uganda Cup final meeting with BUL FC, Robertinho said: “I don’t know, but he is back in training, so now we have to make a decision about that.”

“The head thing didn’t let him do a lot. We had to let it settle and now we have to make sure that he has a few proper sessions. So, it’s very important that we have to make sure that we get him in the best possible shape.”

“But let’s see. Yesterday he was in training, was great. He was also good in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers for Central African Republic in the games against Angola and Ghana.”

On whether everyone else in the squad is fit, Robertinho added: “Yes.”

“There no fresh injuries and we been working very well for the last two weeks and looking forward to Sunday’s Uganda Cup final.”
