Richard Basangwa scored a hat-trick for Gaddafi FC as they hammered Tooro United 7-0 at the Gaddafi Arena on Friday evening.
The Vipers forward, on loan to the Soldier Boys for the rest of the season, took his tally to three goals since coming back from injury.
Basangwa, who was chosen as the Pilsner Man of the Match, struck in the 30th minute before pulling off a brace in the 78th minute and completed his hat-trick in the 83rd minute.
Brian Kalumba, another player on loan at the Jinja based side was stretched off in the 11th minute after suffering an injury.

Ahmed Amayo played the full 90 minutes of Onduparaka FC’ 3-0 loss to arch-rivals Arua Hill SC at the Ababet Greenlight stadium, Arua.
Rashid Kawawa grabbed a brace and Innocent Maduka netted the other goal for Arua Hill.
The victory has league debutants Arua Hill 4th on 49 points while Onduparaka remain 8th on 34 points, with only two matches left to play.
