There have been several ins and outs at Vipers SC this upcoming 2021/22 football season, with Bright Anukani and Jack Komakech being the only additions at the club.

This guide keeps track of all the confirmed incomings and outgoings as head coach Robertinho shapes his squad.

Youngster Jack Komakech was one of the only additions at the club.

The Venoms have signed two players in the concluded transfer window, with Anukani and Komakech as the new men at the St Mary’s Stadium ahead of the new season.

There has also been some promotions of youngsters; Ivan Ashaba commonly known as ‘Di Maria’, Mutwalib Mugolofa and Emmanuel Munoobi from Vipers SC Junior side.

But while there is excitement among Venoms supporters at the recent arrivals, there have also been a number of players saying farewell to the club and others loaned out to get playing time.

Rashid Toha was among those, with the South Sudanese moving to newcomers Arua Hill SC. 
Bashir Ssekagya and Abraham Ndugwa also bade farewell to St Mary’s Stadium after more than two seasons with the club.

Shaban Muhammad also left after both parties agreed to separate mutually, joining Onduparaka FC following his release from the club.

Brian Kalumba made a temporary switch to Gaddafi FC.

Meanwhile, the first loan move away from Vipers was when Brian Kalumba made a temporary switch to Gaddafi FC. He was followed by midfielder Mpanga Sula to the Jinja based side on a season-long loan.

Defender Ahmed Amayo moved to Onduparaka FC on a season-long loan while Denis Mwemezi penned a loan move to Tooro United FC.

  2. Di Maria is a wonderful boy to watch. Saw him since he was in primary school. Hopefully the coach will get the best out of him.
