Both sides had chances to get on the scoresheet throughout the match, with our goalkeeper Fabien Mutombora producing a number of saves, although the hosts will be disappointed not to have grabbed the win after an impressive second-half showing.

Isaac Wagoina, a second half substitute headed past Fabien Mutombora after raising highest to nod home a curling cornerkick by another substitute Ivan Wani.

The pressure was relentless in the dying stages with the Venoms clinging on the win, with Wagoina again wriggling free in the penalty area only for Mutombora to keep him at bay again, before Wani had a late effort flash over the bar.
