Coach Edward Golola is optimistic his charges will bounce back after suffering defeat to KCCA FC on Saturday in Lugogo.
The manager believes the Venoms will bounce back soon and retain to the rails.
Here is what the manager said.
On the performance of players…
“I thank the players for the effort despite the loss. I think we had a sloppy start and that cost us. We improved in the second half but lacked the cutting edge in the final third.”
On getting back…
“We remain strong and focused. What we need to do is bounce back soon. We shall go back and try to rectify the mistakes we committed today.”
About missing Bayo and Lwaliwa…
“They are very important players in our squad and it is true we missed them today but we shall not use it as an excuse. We have a good squad with good players that are capable of playing in their absence.”
About Kayiwa’s impact…
“He gave us a different dimension when he came on, he drove us forward and injected pace.”
