Ethiopia v Uganda

Vipers SC winger Allan Kayiwa has been summoned by new Uganda Cranes head coach Jonathan McKinstry ahead of the international friendly against Ethiopia this Sunday.

Kayiwa was a late inclusion and one of the two local based players that are on the team that will travel to Ethiopia.

Kayiwa has been a key player in the games we have played so far this season thus attracting the attention of the national team coach.

Upon receiving the news, the industrious player indicated it is a good opportunity to feature for the national team.

“It is always a great opportunity to be called to the National team and I take this with both hands. It is upon me now to work harder and keep getting summoned.”
