StarTimes Uganda Premier League
Vipers SC v Proline FC
St Mary’s stadium, 4PM

It’s agonising to think of what might have been bit, if we had beaten SC Villa on Wednesday night, we would probably be third or fourth on the log with two games in hand.

We dropped four valuable points in our last two games against Mbarara City FC and the Jogoos but destiny is way still in our own hands.

The Venoms have subsequently picked just two points from a possible six and have 8 points from four games.

Despite failing to add to his 3 goal tally on Wednesday night, Fahad Bayo remains one of the most inform players in the league and Proline’s visit to Kitende is likely to be an exciting reunion.

The former Proline striker however maintained this will not be a party, its purely business.

“We have to keep our heads up and pedal harder especially during this quite congested section of the fixtures list”

“We shall not panic but instead correct our mistakes and play better because winning is our objective.”

Proline has never registered a win away at Vipers but will hope their recent two match winning run against As Kigali and Express FC in the CAF Confederations cup and league respectively will inspire them against their hosts.
