Tom Masiko made his second debut of the season with Wakiso Giants FC, who earned a fine 3-1 win against URA FC at the Wakissha staduim on Tuesday.
Masiko opened his goal account with the Purple Sharks in the first minute after URA’s Benjamin Nyakoojo clearance fell on his foot and he shot straight into the roof of the net.
The tax collectors then restored parity through Saidi Kyeyune before Wakiso’s Karim Ndugwa came off the bench to score twice.
Defender Ibrahim Kiyemba played the entire 90 minutes while Duncan Sseninde replaced Hassan Ssenyonjo in the 50th minute.
Another loanee Joseph Janjali played the entity of Bright Stars 1-1 draw with Express FC at Wankulukuku staduim on Tuesday.
Frank Ssenyondo put the hosts ahead before Janjali equalised on his debut heading into the breather.
A clearance by Express FC goalkeeper Joshua Adea found Methodius Jungu outside the box who dribbled past Dennis Sserukwaya and setting up unmarked Janjali who rounded off Adea to score in an empty net.
Meanwhile, Henry Katongole played 90 minutes as Police FC were beaten 2-0 by Jinja based side BUL FC yesterday.
Elsewhere, Bashir Ssekagya, Steven Mukwala and Dan Birikwalira are yet to feature for their respective loan clubs.
