Four players from Vipers Sports Club have earned a call to the senior Uganda national team. 

The provisional list named on Tuesday morning is in line with Uganda Cranes preparations ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt and the COSAFA Cup in South Africa  where Uganda was invited.

Skipper Taddeo Lwanga, defender Halid Lwaliwa and creative midfielder Moses Waiswa are part of the 19 locally based players called. 

It’s from here that coach Sebastien Desabre will select players that will join the foreign based legion for a camp in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The locally based players will enter camp on Monday, 13th May 2019 at Kabira Country club.

The other player summoned is Dan Sserunkuma and he’s part of the team that will prepare for COSAFA championship.
