Innocent Wafula signs

Welcome to Vipers, Innocent Wafula!!!

Vipers Sports Club confirms the arrival of Innocent Wafula as a new player at the club. The winger cum right back has officially joined the club.

Wafula who has been plying his trade with Kenyan champions Gor Mahia joins us on a three year deal, for an undisclosed fee. He becomes the first signing for Vipers SC in the January transfer window.

Upon completing the move, Wafula was quick to show his delight about becoming a Venom and indicated he will offer to the best of his ability to help the club attain its targets.

“I am, of course, delighted and very proud to be joining Vipers SC. I’m very happy to be here and to be a Venom. I really felt that the club wanted me to come. I will give my best on the pitch, and hopefully be a very good player for this team.”

Wafula stated that he believes Vipers SC had good players and will make sure he works hard to make sure he fits in.

“The team has very talented players and it is a pleasure for me to be part of such a set up. I therefore will work hard to fit in easily.” he said.

The former Chemelil Sugar FC player is likely to make his debut next week as Vipers SC take on Onduparaka FC in the league on Tuesday (January 8th, 2019).
