Manager Javier Martinez Espinosa has named our squad that has traveled to Algeria ahead of the crunch tie against Club Sportive Constantine.
A team comprising of 18 players set off for Algeria aboard Fly Emirates with the first leg slated for Friday, 14th December 2018.
The team has two goalkeepers, five defenders, seven midfielders and four forwards.
Skipper Taddeo Lwanga and versatile player Geoffrey Wasswa are ruled out of the away game due to card accumulation.
The Venoms will host the return leg on 22nd December 2018 at St. Mary’s stadium in Kitende.
To reach the first round, Vipers SC eliminated El Merrekh from Sudan in the preliminary phase. The winner of this tie on aggregate will progress to the group stage.
