Vipers head coach Javier Martinez will be able to add Moses Waiswa and Tadeo Lwanga to the squad that will face Nyamityobora football club in the league on Saturday.

This follows the pair’s return to club training today from national duty where they have been for a fortnight preparing for the double header with Lesotho in the 2019 AFCON qualifiers.

Waiswa started for the Uganda Cranes and put up a good display in their 3-0 home win over Lesotho last Saturday before coming off the bench in the return leg away in Maseru.

Vipers’ skipper Tadeo Lwanga did not feature for the Cranes but was on the bench for both ties.

The duo reported for club duty and took part in the Venoms’ practise today where they executed all the drills and exercises so well.

Meanwhile, the two featured for the club in the last two games against Ndejje University and Maroons FC with Waiswa putting up a man of the match performance in Luzira hence his teammates will be hoping he maintains his form in Saturday’s encounter.

The Venoms have a tricky fixture between Saturday and November where they face Naymityobora, SC Villa, Kirinnya -Jinja, KCCA, Express FC and Bul and will need only the best from the squad if they are to defend the league title.

Martinez’ charges are all fine except left back Aggrey Madoi who suffered a knee injury in the 1-1 friendly with Masavu and goal keeper Derrick Ochan who sat out of practice with fever.
