Police Armless Brigade 0-2 Vipers JT
Mukono
Tonny Culmer Tulituuka’s brace was enough to help Vipers Junior team overcome Police Armless Brigade on Sunday evening in the FUFA juniors league game played in Mukono.
Tulituuka made his first start since being sent off in the 3-2 loss to Onduparaka earlier this month and made sure he delivered so well for his team.
Vipers started well in the first ten minutes of the game creating two goal scoring chances that Ivan Asaba and Tulituuka put wide but the hosts gained momentum and contained the pressure until the first half.
Police failed to go past Aziz Kayondo’s manned back line despite causing threats in Vipers final third.
Alex Kizito put up a man of the match performance setting Tonny Tulituuka for the first and second goals from the right flank.
The right back not only patrolled the right flank well but on three occasions made explosive runs from which the goals came.
The Venoms came into this game with four points from one win and a loss but returned to their winning ways with the emphatic 0-2 win over Police to remain second on the table.
The reigning FUFA Juniors’ league champions will next host Maroons JT on October 28 at the St. Mary’s stadium.
